I'm THIS Close

I still have one pile of stuff that I'm keeping but haven't done anything about. Unless you count moving it from one room to the other, and back to the other room again.

So this past weekend, Tim cleared off shelves that are smack-butt next to my lab. This could work. I want this pile DONE before our 10-day Halloween staycation.

I'm this close I tell you. THIS close.

In other news, this is ...

    2. Thanks on the Spooky Whisk.

Yes, this is a keep pile. But I didn't know where to put it. Tim cleared an area right next to my lab.

  7. Pumpkin spice? What is in it. I am pretty certain we don't get it.
I do love pumpkin though. And chocolate.

    1. I make pumpkin spice mixture with ground cinnamon, cloves, allpice, nutmeg and ginger.

Then I use that mixture for bakes, drinks, pancakes and all kinds of fun stuff.

    1. Mine's a keeper pile, thanks to Tim who gave up some shelf space, I won't have to move the pile about anymore.

What kind of stuff do you move instead of toss? Or move instead of find homes for?

  10. I'm not even quite sure what pumpkin spice is?

    1. The one I make is a combo of ground cinnamon, ginger, allspice, clove and nutmeg. But you can toss other fun stuff in as well.

  11. No doubt that if there's stuff to be ready to go, you will get rid of it! And I love the big smile :)

  12. i just have to share a funny story with you...i love starbucks pumpkin spice latte with whipped cream to the moon and back..i also love their delicious lemon loaf...i stopped in and got a latte and, having my 11 friends over next month for Bunco, I asked the server at SB if they ever sold their lemon loaf by the loaf..i'd love to serve it to my friends.
she said, it comes in a box of 60 slices, it's almost $3.00 a slice and no discount if you buy the box...i said WHAT?? $180 FREAKIN' DOLLARS..? and she just smiled....hahhaa can you imagine.

  13. Wow! You are down to 95% and still minimalizing?! How far are you aiming to go? Hope the work is going well.

Pumpkin spice and chocolate sounds good. You know, I've yet to try one of those pumpkin spice lattes or pumpkin spice frappuccinos everyone talks about...I should give them a try before the season is over and we move on to eggnog and peppermint!

    1. Hi Bethany. This is a pile of keep stuff (my bake formulas and writing), but I didn't have a true home yet for it. Now I do, thanks to Tim.

If you want my homemade pumpkin steamer, just let me know. It's not like out, as I don't use coffee or tea or cow milk, but you sure could for yours.
