4 Bucks, Baby

I'd been eyeballing this bad boy since the holidays. Finally went to clearance for four bucks.

Hot dog. Now we're talkin'.

The machine isn't powerful enough to turn a nuts into flour, but it's great for whipping up small batches of vanilla or chocolate maple cream, and chops toasted pecans nicely.

Just perfect for little test batches of fun.

  1. Not familiar with it. Sounds useful though.

    1. I was thrilled when I saw it finally in the clearance bin. It had been eight bucks on the shelf, but that was too high for the small motor.

  4. You know I might actually use something like that, I don't use my food processor often. And certainly for $4.

    1. I have a big one for bigger jobs but yeah, if you find one for $4, it's super worth it.

  6. In a few months when you are tired of it, can I buy it from you for 3 bucks?

  7. What a steal! That's my kind of price tag. I have a mini chopper. It's very handy!

    1. It's nice having a big one, I like it for bigger jobs but the little is super fun, too.

What do you use yours for?

  9. I got mine for chopping herbs for salad dressing but great point about the nuts! Sometimes a smaller processor works better. So glad you got one! You're going to have fun but then again, you always do.

    1. My friend Pat uses hers for herbs too. Mine is mostly for small baking test batches.
