What to Bake? What to Bake?

I just had a bowl of clean chicken stock, with shredded carrots and organic baby spinach.  So flippin' good.

Meanwhile, it's a new day and I've got dried cranberries, toasted coconut and dark chocolate on the brain.

Hmmm ... What to bake? What to bake?

  1. I've got sleep on the brain - mental fatigue is cooking in my head and it's sooooo not edible. Yikes.

Hmm… do those ingredients work in a crock pot?

Sorry to hear about your sister, hope she gets healed up quickly. Does she have any sitting down hobbies?

    1. I went with dried cranberry, toasted coconut, semi-sweet chocolate waffle bites. That's way too long of a title though. But they were yummy.

  9. Wish I could have a bowl of your soup, instead of a can of chicken noodle. But they say that's what you eat when you have the flu. Only problem, no appetite! Damn, winter is harsh!
