Tangled

Yesterday morning I woke with my neck and spine in a terrible tangle.  Today, I'm headed to the doctors for a crack, followed by lots and lots of doing nothing.

No bakes.  No cooking.  No chores.  Just me, two lazy
pups, and one Lemon Tart Room.

  1. I'm sorry, Ivy.
Never been to a chiropractor - does it really help?

      Dezzy: lolololol.

  18. How you doing, girl? How was your appointment? Did you get some good rest today? I sure hope so. I know you were in need of it. I'm stopping in finally to say hello. Been a busy day, and I've fallen behind again. Oh well, will try to catch up tomorrow. But I didn't want to end the day without checking up on you. A day of relaxation, two precious pups and a newly-painted lemon tart room? It can't get better than that. I wish you a good night, and a beautiful day tomorrow! And I hope you are feeling much better.

  20. No cooking… no baking… you must really be suffering.
Maybe you need to bake yourself a new spine!
I just finished reading a book that had exactly that kind of fantasy… I wish you a speedy fix…

    1. Thanks. Baking a new spine. If I could do that, I'd be a millionaire. Was a good day of rest though. What book was it? Did you enjoy it? I haven't read fiction in forever, as I've always got my nose in a whole foods, cookery or bake book.

    2. The book is titled 'The OCEAN at THE END of the LANE, by Neil Gaiman. I bought it Tuesday, midday, and finished it late Wednesday night. A page turner.
The author is a New York Times Bestseller with lots of novels/movies under his belt. I will confess this is the first I've read of his, it will not be the last.
Google it - see if it appeals to you. I was captivated. The story moves along at a very steady clip - now wondering what's what, or who's who… definitely my kind of read.

      Glad your feeling better. :)
