Muffin' Makin' Hangover

Last night I played with my new Babycakes Cupcake Maker (see yesterday's post).  But today, I woke with a muffin' makin' hangover.  Neck sore, head pounding, as I did the zombie shuffle down the hall.

Meanwhile, I dreamt of orange cranberry muffins, homemade tater tots and mini lemon pies.  All to be written and baked in my new machine.  But not right now, as I want to get dressed and maybe hit Dollar General for a few deals.  If you're headed there, you can snag a $5 off $25.

Click Dollar General coupon to get yours.

And that my Pooper Scoopers, wraps up this post.

    1. Savoury is very good. Do you bake with eggs? Do you have tater tots? With this machine, I'll be able to make them and keep them shaped. Excited about that.

    2. I use eggs but only for my yoghurt savoury shroom pie.... For cakes and scones never.... not even in muffins and cupcakes

    3. Interesting. Is it due to cost or not wanting to use egg? Many of my bakes are without egg, as well. Though I enjoy eggs, for me they are costly.

    4. Ten eggs are more than 1 euro here, so they are relatively expensive... but I generally try not to use them too much as a vegetarian... I do put an occasional boiled egg in my sandwich or salad if my body tells me to do so.... But a carton of ten eggs usually lasts me up to a whole month....

    1. Thanks, Fran. No flour or crust. They just baked right in the little machine like that. So much fun.

Although, for the next month or so, Tim will be eating a lot of foods, shaped like mini muffins.

We did have fun. Got home a bit late, but doesn't matter as we have another whole day free, tomorrow. Woohoo.

Have fun on your Sunday Adventure.
