My Very First Big Girl Camera

That's right.  Tim's armed me with my very first Nikon d5100, and all I want to do is stay home and snap shots.  All day long.  Of anything.  Of everything.

This is the best new toy, ever.

  11. Susan: I hope you do break that vow. These two pups came after our last one passed away, and I don't regret it at all.

It sucks, because they are part of the family and we still miss the other pup, but we're both real glad to have these two little monsters.

    And monsters, they are.

Trey: Or, if I could get Miss Bug to be quiet while you guys game. I heard she was trouble again tonight.

Niki: Thanks. I always wanted to play more with photography. And yesterday I got my wish.

Stacy: I really love that first one. Makes me smile. Thanks for stopping by.

Bard: They make photography easier. That's for sure.

Suzan: Got it on sale, too.

mshatch: Thank you. I always enjoy your photos as well. You have a great eye and so does your son.

    Chuck: Thanks. It's a Nikon d5100.

Jai: New toys are fun to get, every now and again.

Chuck: The same day we bought the d5100, the d5200 was announced. but I still decided to keep the d5100. It's a nice camera for the price and I look forward to playing with new lenses.

Kim: Thanks. Found that awhile ago. Cracks me up.

  16. Chuck: It's amazing how the pictures look better on a really good computer screen, compared to an older screen. My goodness.

I'd forgotten to add what kind of camera it was in the post, so I'll do that now. Fun stuff, this camera.

Have you played with new lenses?
