Open for Business

I finally got My Blanket Shoppe posted. Don't have all the kinks totally worked out but at 54 items, it's a good start.  But sadly, we cannot afford shipping outside of the US.  So for now, it's FREE shipping within the US only.

My goal is to get the blankets sold off and transform the sewing room into a double office.

Tim has gaming adventures to write along with a novel that needs done, and I have my manuscript ready for him to look at, and food writing up the wa-zoo.

Or is is wah-zoo? Either way, it feels good to move forward.

  4. Ragnardbard: Thanks and welcome back to blogging. Hoping to read much more about you.

Jess: Too many hours of work. Happy to be moving along.

Brendan: Still have to do the banner for the blanket shoppe, and then start contacting our old customers. Excited to get that double office together.

  6. Trey: By next spring, I don't want to have to deal with blanket anymore. That's my hope, anyway. Too much writing and cooking to be done.

    Hope your weekend was groovy.

  8. Flea: Well ... we're trying to dig ourselves out of the sewing room. Not fun but it feels good at least to have gotten started.

Eat anything yummy today? We had leftover cold chicken legs. I don't know why, but I find cold chicken legs are ever so yummy.

    Cheers.

  16. Good job! Very well done on getting it up. That's a massive range, and a lot of options, and the prices look very reasonable. It's inspiring too that's for sure. I've missed the staycation though, but going back over the recent posts it looks like it was a fun time. There's nothing quite like time off in a home cosy and warm with cooking food as the days close in.

  18. Porky: Thanks for taking a look. During the Halloween staycation I had my blog all decorated for Halloween. Flashing lights and everything.

  19. Anthony: The skulls are getting a lot of views. Those were big when we did weekend craft shows. Some of the baby blankets are getting views as well.

Hope you made lots of yummy things this past weekend.

  20. Actually, the ones that caught my eye were Superman and Star Wars. :)

  21. Anthony: Star Wars always sold well at the shows, but for reasons that I don't understand, we never sold Superman. Spidey sold well, though.
