For this guy, I used Spice Hunter'...Hi Barmaid,<br /><br />For this guy, I used Spice Hunter's Organic Poultry Seasoning, Kosher salt, organic black pepper and extra virgin olive oil. Cooked in a Pryex with 125ml (a little over 4oz) of homemade chicken broth.<br /><br />180 Celsius, 350 Fahrenheit and Gas Mark 4 for roasting.
