    1. Porridge (oats), local maple syrup (from Tim's friend), zante currants, dried coconut, toasted buckwheat groats, organic peanut butter and .... scrolling back up to look at the picture .... okay I'm back, that's it. Just those things. Super yum and keeps me full-up for the morning.

      Loved the pictures of Miss V. Oh my good gosh, that little face is too cute.
