4 Saturday Goal, Little Steps & Apple Pie

I told myself that I would post four videos, four Saturdays in a row. Now that I've done that, I'll randomly sprinkle videos here and there, until I make the jump to my food website.

I'm also toying with YouTube, G+, Patreon and a possible zine, but I don't have enough details to share at this time. Nor do I know HOW to get where I want to go. The good news is, I know WHERE I want to go.

Now I just gotta figure out all those little steps.

Anyway, here's a clip I did the first week, after hitting the organic farm stand. I've been eating solely organic local garlic forever and I love the stuff. So flippin' good.

Now I'm off to bake an apple pie (without garlic).

  2. I hope your plans work out OK Ivy. I like the idea of apple pie and garlic LOL. Have you ever tried putting cloves in instead of cinnamon? It's how we make apple pie in the UK.

    1. Hi Jo: Yeppers. I use cloves in many things and as a HUGE fan and owner of Mary Berry books, I have made her classic apple pie.

That said, I find marriage of clove and cinnamon (and other warm spices), to produce the most robust flavours. Happiness, in a pie.

Which I might use later as a post titile.

Hope things are good on your end. One more day off for Tim. Lovely day here.

    1. Hey Christine: I've unfollowed a few blogs because the bloggers decided to keep their blogs G+ only. Mine blog won't be like that.

  7. You know what they say about garlic... "A nickel will get you on the subway, but garlic will get you a seat."

    1. Hey Ava - I've got the end goal in site but it'll be all trial and error on the way there.

As of this comment, no plans to leave the personal blog. Thanks for asking.
