BROWNIES!

Though these brownies are on the darker more bitter side and they get more intensive as they setup, the the science is correct. Even better, I'm navigating my way around digestive and autoimmune issues, one bake at a time.

And that makes me one VERY happy whisk.

PS: Yesterday's answer was garbanzo beans and garbanzo (chickpea) flour. Brownies for all who played. Unless you don't fancy brownies, than you get toe jam. Enjoy.

  1. I thought they might be chickpeas, but forgot to comment yesterday.

Glad to hear that your are working around your conditions to find tasty food you can eat.

As for the third brownie to make your mind up, I fear you may need a larger sample size for a true determination ;) :)

    1. You're right. I may need to sample a fourth brownie. You know, just to be super duper sure.

    2. Well, to make it more scientific you should really aim for a fifth to give a decisive result - 4 could give you a tied result :)

I agree with you, you should find out if you like them or not, a THIRD piece sound sooo reasonable...

    1. This is honestly the way I deal with being sick, one bake at a time. It helps me heal. I'll teleport you and Mrs, Richard a few brownies. Also, very cool that you'll be blogging more.

    1. That's the great thing about these buggers, they're not heavy and filled with crap. Still, I had to go for that 3rd one. You know, just to be sure.

  9. Now add some of that ice cream you make and you've got a real treat. Although brownies alone, especially three are a damn good start! :)
