    1. That sounds delish. What do you stuff yours with? Last time I did mine it was with veggie stuffing.

  3. Sounds like quite a busy day! I've only gotten some school stuff and a load of laundry done so far today, but it's getting down to the wire, so after finals next week, I'm going to kick back and enjoy myself....just gotta get through this week and next!

    1. After finals. That sounds great. You've been working your butt off. Woohoo, almost time to relax a bit.

  4. Your dinner sounds good. Did you add ginger to your chicken dish?

And to answer a previous question, no I don't have any pets but I do have some adorable grand-children.

    All the best Jan

    1. They were leftover from yesterday's baking but still good. Tomorrow though, they turn into French Toast.

      Do you like French Toast?

    1. Did you eat that burger? Did your wife find out about your evil plan?

    2. Yes a burger and fries... so much fries, I didn't finish the whole thing, it was just too much. In January it would not have been enough and I would have had a dessert and wine too and snack on chips and chocolate during the evening. Between us, my wife proof read my blog before I post, so yes she was aware of the evil plan.

    3. Glad she was aware of your evil plan. Was it from Five Burgers & Fries? I think I recall you liking it there.

  9. Sounds good. I had leftovers
Korean beef wrapped in lettuce leaves and a side dish of some beets.
Sounds crazy but when I say leftovers I mean leftovers. I was too tired to cook.
Trying to get a few things done before back to back doctors with some office surgery toss in for fun !

    cheers, parsnip

    1. Leftovers are what we're gonna have (it's the next day now), tonight.

Wishing your pup all the best.

      What is Korean beef?

    2. I had bulgogi. sliced beef marinated in soy sauce, ginger, lots of garlic, brown sugar, sesame oil, sesame seeds then you grill fast. Never eat this if going somewhere important the next day. So much garlic but so good. I always add lemon but that me.
