    2. Amazon has them but they are out of season here ?
      I think they are growing them in California but mine came from Australia I think very confused. Like I said I found them at the posh market.

  10. Just put together my shitake mushroom kit and will soon get mushrooms. At that time, I will make some mushroom soup. Mushrooms are very good for you.

    1. Hey Suzie - Yes, my cream of soups (whatever kind), have always been cow-milk free. Not a fan of the stuff. So I've always written without it.
