Box, Stock & Barrel

My old freezer drawer containers were good, but these boxes are GREAT. Here are three chickens bagged, tagged and boxed. The carcasses were made into a barrel of stock.

Also, I made confetti.

Not for the chicken, because that would be weird.

  1. Okay, Miss Organizer, now I'm curious. What DID you make the confetti for?

You know, I don't think my freezer (or refrigerator) would EVER look that clean and uncluttered. Okay, maybe uncluttered. Gotta have food in it for that. Haha! :)

Figured girly confetti was the only way to go.

    1. Tim suggested that, too. But I know the boxes by heart. Tim's boxes are on the top, in the husband area. Blog on that, to be posted another day.

    1. Painting tape works better on everything, but back when I was a prep cook, we had to use cheap non-painter tape. Horrible sticky mess, that was.
