    3. I've actually seen recycled TP. While it obviously means recycled from other paper, it doesn't seem very soft at all

    4. I used recycled napkins. They sucked. Or, that brand sucked. I wouldn't get them again, unless they were free with sale/coupon.

      And even then, I'd use them for bacon drippings or something like that.

  23. I use a few coupons here and there But I don't know what an overage is.
    Catching up on the blog, love header photo.

    1. Overage is when the value of a coupon, exceeds the value of the item.

      Some stores will take a $2 coupon and if the item is $1, they will either pay me in cash or add the remainder of the overage ($1), to my order.
