Friday Question: Have You Seen This Show?

It's called Food Safari, and I love it.  We get to travel around the culinary world, learning from the top players in each cuisine, along with how-to clips.

I just finished watching Food Safari Hungarian and I loved it, because it reminded me of ingredients and methods that I grew up with and still use.

I'm looking forward to watching the rest of the series.  And I'm even more excited about making many of the dishes.

I might not be able to afford to travel the world and taste everything, but thanks to this show, I can bring a little of everything, right to my own kitchen table.

And that is very, very cool.

Never watched the show, but I've caught some of No Reservations, and it's cool to see unique food from around the world.

  5. When I was at Uni a few years ago (stop sniggering - it was a few) there was a late night "yoof" cookery show that was completely bonkers, but provided some great recipes for student cooking. I've just found a website for it: http://www.getstuffed.info/index.html

It looks as though some or all of the episodes might be on Netflix, but there are a few on the site itself

  8. Never heard of the show, but then I don't watch cooking shows. I'd have to love to cook to do that, and well... you know! Haha!
