No Stinky Pits

The 19th was my last day of work.  Feels weird.  Think I'd have more to say than that, but I got nothing.  Still adjusting.  Don't feel like I'm out yet.

Meanwhile Tim is STILL SICK, poor baby.  All stuffed.  The pups take turns snuggling next to him.  Such good dogs.

Meanwhile, Tim needed tissues as my stockpile was empty (bad couponer).  Anyway, here's the deal.  Got paid 91 cents from each pack of razors.  Used the overage +coupon to snag tissues.  Tissues cost 22 cents.  I paid that with my overage jar, making everything here, FREE.

That's all I got today, folks.  Until next post, boogie boogie.

Aside from the other freebies, I snagged all these FREE as well.
No stinky pits, here.  Nooo, sir.

    1. On movie nights, it's me added to that couch as well. Nobody gets cold in the winter.

  2. It sucks that Tim's still sick. Hopefully the snuggling pups will help him get over it quicker.

    1. It really does. Today he's sitting up more but his throat is pretty sore from all the coughing.

No work for him tomorrow, either.

    1. I know, right? Miss Wiggy is all kinds of hoggin' up the place. She does that in bed at night. It's terrible when she sleeps in the middle.

      How goes you?

  7. I love how his legs are kind of hanging off the edge of the couch for the sake of the dogs. ;-)

    1. Your comment made me giggle. And
he's the sick on. But in all fairness,
it's usually Bug (the little one next
to him), that has her legs and butt
      hanging off the couch.

What can I say, they were all
      passed out and snoring.

      Had to take the picture.

    1. Did you see the Monster Munchies
bowl? Drops for his throat in there.

Yeah, sleeping with the pups is
      always a challenge. But these
guys today, all of them were
      knocked out solid. Never even
      heard the flash go off.

  9. Sorry Tim is so sick, but those photos might be worth it. Everyone looks so comfortable. Love the pup on his back in the second photo- so cute!

Great score as always! Free tissues would be my dream score. I hate, hate, hate buying that stuff. My sneezy nose needs so much of it, and I usually get it on sale, but free would be way better. Good work!

    1. That's Bug. She likes to sleep between the couch and our backs. They crack me up.

I am the same way about tissues. Before couponing, it would drive me nuts to pay those high stinkin' prices. Hated it.

Do you have that brand in your area? They aren't so great but at FREE, I'll happily use them.

    2. Bug is great! What a sweetie.

We don't have that brand up here, but I often buy the cheaper store brand on sale which might not be the softest, but is just fine. I'll happily use them too if it is a deal! :)

    3. At the Dollar Tree there's Scotties. Not sure if you've tried them but their Facebook page occasionally offers coupons.

    4. Oh cool, I will check it out! My brand loyalty is usually to the one offering the lowest price. I guess there are certain brand items I will pay more for, but mostly it doesn't matter to me what household products I use, as long as they work.

    5. With a coupon at the Dollar Tree, I've gotten the big boxes for fifty cents, each. I don't mind that price. Next time the coupon comes around I will send you the link.

    6. Thanks! I appreciate it! The cheapest I've gotten in a while was $0.59/box.

    7. That is a good price. I think, anyway. I like to pay a buck or less. But anymore than that and I start to break out in a rash.

  14. Are you sure the puppies aren't putting something in his drink to keep him sick? They sure look like they are enjoying him being their snuggle bug. Hope he feels better soon. Great couponing!

  17. I was away last week and missed this post! So cute. Those dogs are just so sweet. I love the way they are lying around all curled up.

I can't believe you got all those deodorants for free, you lucky (and smart) girl. Degree is one of my favourites!

    1. Poor Tim, he didn't even realize that he was being snuggled right off the couch. Or, his feet and legs at least.

If you lived near me, I'd give you some of these. I haven't tried them yet. I'm trying all kinds of new things now. Do you have coupons.com in Canada? Because that's where I got those coupons.
