I'm Tappin' Out - Big Time

Work is draining the ever loving life from me.  These days during prep, I'm hurting more than I should and all I see is that jogger's wall.  Right in front of me.  Which sucks because I was getting stronger.  But as soon as I did, I let them pile more on and now, I'm tappin' out.  Big time.

In better news, the inflammation in my body continues to decline, thanks to Lucy my new juicer, and my passion for Healing Whole Foods.  Below is my lunch.  I put it in Tim's glass.  He won't like that, which just made me giggle.

But before you check out my groovy new drink, dig Tim's new Manor.  Issue #4.  Only the best number in the WORLD.  I'm super duper proud of him for all his hard work.

Click RPGNow and Lulu for PDF's and The Manor Issue #4 for a printed copy.  Extra thanks to all the Gamers that already bought one.  I loving seeing my husband have fun with this.

Here's the cover of Issue #4 - along with today's lunch.

Today's Lunch
Green Zucchini
Green Pepper
Transparent Apples
Carrots
String Beans (local, organic and raw)

Look Babe - I'm using YOUR glass for sludge.

    1. Thanks. Nothing like a good glass of sludge to really move the day along.

Happy August to you and here's to you getting all your stuff done.

  2. Congratulations to Tim.
It does look rather sludgy. Hope it helps to heal your body.

    1. Thanks, it's already helped in just a short time. But the spinal stuff is different and that needs to stop as well.

I will let Tim know, thank you.

  3. Sorry to hear you are hurting at work. :(

Glad Lucy is helping you out. Tim's glass makes the sludge look great! :)

Do you have any art in the Manor this time? Congrats to Tim on Issue #4.

    1. Thanks. Things were doing much better, I hardly hurt at all, then I took on these extra things. My bad.

See, I also think the sludge makes his glass look great. Really pops.

No art from me, but he's got a bunch from others and man alive, are they great pictures.

  4. Cool cover. Nasty looking drink, though. Sorry! But if it's making you feel better, then that's good.

Don't you miss EATING your food, though? I would. Hope you're feeling better soon.

    1. I eat food too. But I use the whole foods as medicine to get my inflammation down and get me healthy like I was before all this honkin' mess.

  5. Ivy, you got a thousand and four glasses in the cupboard. Leave Underdog alone. He's mine. He didn't have to eat health he just took a pill in his ring and was fine. He does not like green pond sludge in his ears.

PS I know where your Wonder Woman glasses are.

    1. See there Babe. You didn't need that entire first paragraph. The last sentence would have been just fine.

      Evil grin.

  6. Hope the pain and wall just back off for you. I know how it feels and how you must feel after getting yourself in the zone before.

Let them know if you have bitten to much off for now, hope they look after you

    1. Thanks Ian. You're right, I was in that zone and feeling good spine-wise. Now I've just taken on too much. Will be talking with them Monday.

    1. Thanks for the congrats. Tim's worked hard on it and I am super duper happy for him.

You know, the drink is really smooth. The color, not so much, but the drink wasn't bad. I'd drink it again.

That's a power packed sludge! Hope you put your cape on when you drink it :)

  10. Love the underdog glass (man that was funnest cartoon ever, wasn't it?) but not sure about the stuff in it. How does it taste?

And I can totally relate about the back/spine; I'm in the process of trying to address those very issues.

    1. Oddly, it tastes good. But then I love whole foods so I'm use to it. But if someone didn't like green peppers, whew, stay away from this drink for sure.

I am sorry that you have back/spine pain. It's sucks. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

  11. I tried a 3 day juice cleanse recently and thought I would die of starvation. You're brave!

    1. I am including food in my juicing, though I see the benefits of doing an ALL JUICE fast, I wasn't personally ready for that.

Did you get a juicer? Or use blender? I enjoy both.

  12. Good for Tim!

So he thinks of it as sludge, huh?

    1. I call it that, or actually, now we both call it sludge. But truthfully, it goes down smooth. And it's yummy.
