It's Official

I'm writing a cookery book with intent to publish.

First Step: Make my lab notes and formulas understandable for others to read.

Not sure if my book will sell or not, or even where this process will take me.  But right now none of that matters, because it feels like I'm doing what I should be.

And that feels good.

  4. RaShelle: I did not know that. In fact, I didn't even think I wrote the steps with the cooling technique on this blog. Well, I'm going to my work cut out for me.

    Thanks for the kinds words.

PhilH: Thank you. Don't know if it will sell but it feels good not to care about that part, right this minute.

Alex: It sure is fun. Been writing formulas and steps for so long now, might as well put them all together. Because you know, I don't think I can go another week with Tim telling me that I need to write this book.

Jess: Thank you, Jess. I'm excited.

Bartender: Much more testing and writing and rewriting and more testing, but I've got myself a good solid start.

And really, why not is right.
