What's for Supper?

I'm thinking cold pizza for us.  Although a hamburg doesn't sound bad either.

Yesterday I had roast beef and horseradish cheese.  What a great combo.  So perfect together.

Meanwhile, I've got chores that need done and zero energy to do them.  Long day at work.  Greenhorn did great.  Now I'm off until Wednesday.  Think I'll skip the chores and go make hot tea, using my new raspberry creamer.

Ah ... it's heaven in a cup.

  1. Anita: Happy Weekend Back. You cooking at all? I'm still torn between pizza and a hamburg. But the chores are for sure out.

  2. "Horseradish cheese." This sounds delicious and so, of course, requires more explanation.

    Please??

  3. Iguana: Found it at a local deli. It's called Horseradish Cheddar Cheese and oh my gosh, it's so good. I had mine thinly sliced but I could see myself buying a chunk to shred.

  5. Iguana: Sure thing. Yancy's Horseradish Cheddar Cheese. They make other cheeses, as well. Only tried this one so far.

  6. I'll have to look around; of course, around here "Extra Sharp" is exotic.

  7. That's an amazing website. I'm practically drooling. I just hate buying food online. I know, in this day and age, that's unusual....

  9. Iguana: I buy from a place in Kansas that makes amazing hot sauces. But that's about it, food-wise.

    Shalet: Hope you're doing well.

William: It is so flipping good.
