Zombie Makeover

Having a lazy kind of few days, which has led to my zombie makeover.  Looking more like this than a hot elf chick.

So far today, I've done nothing.  Well, I made a yummy lunch of breakfast goodies but other than that.  Not a darn thing.

I might play around with a new brownie formula I wrote, or I might continue being lazy.  Really, it could go either way.

Hope you're eating yummy things and thanks again to all those that said such nice things about us.

And if you've missed it, here are the results for Wonder Woman Quiz 10. As always, you guys were great fun.

Thanks for playing.

  4. Who'd want to be a hot elf chick every day?

Whichever way today goes, it sounds fun. Let it happen.

  6. Lazy days can be good for the soul.

(um, but so can so much of that fantastic food that you write about...)

  8. I've got some dirty dishes to work on too. I'm with Robert - maybe not too often, but taking it easy occasionally is a healthy thing in my book.

  9. I actually did get something done, but not too much! And I ate a cranberry orange muffin which was pretty good, store bought, nothing like you'd make I'm sure but the slab of butter helped.

  10. I agree, Robert. Lazy days are good for the soul. And I always feel so refreshed after. Glad you had one too, Alex. Did you eat anything yummy?

Got most of the dishes done, Porky. And I agree, it is healthy. I'm going on day five of healthy zombie-like living. Which I'm very happy to have had. That said, I'm excited to get back to schedule.

Go you, mshatch. I enjoyed reading about what you ate and that you got some stuff done. I haven't had a cranberry orange muffin in ages. Sounds so good. Did you take any pictures?

  11. We all have our Zombie days! I however am REALLY looking forward to the new brownie recipe....especially if it has that perfect thin layer of brownie crust on top!

  12. Hi Daisey: These are high-fiber, no refined sugar, wheaten flour brownies. I did draft one. Going in for draft two.

Well, I'm an hour late for work because I forgot about the spring head stuff. It's that zombie snow bubble I lived in all weekend. It sure was fun though.

Best get ready for work. Have a great one, Daisy.
