  1. Thai peanut chicken. This is my wife's specialty and I could happily eat it until the day I die.

  2. Yum. Love chicken. Had Thai chili wings from the local place, yesterday. So so good.

Thanks for sharing your favorite food. That's very cool.

Good pineapple and good avocado are two of my favorite foods. I have so many.

  9. Mmm, tater tots... when I go back to work on Monday, I may need to go to lunch at this burger place near my office. They have tater tots as a side option, and you can get them like nachos: covered with cheese, bacon, sour cream, jalapenos, and chili.

  10. For breakfast I mash them into caramelized onions. Sometimes add cheese and corn. But covered like nachos ... I never even thought about that. I'm gonna have to give it a go.

    Thanks for the idea.

  11. Cheese. The bluer and smellier the better. Not bad with a fresh French-stick and a glass of vino.

    Hi, to Ethel.

  12. Boy, I haven't had blue cheese in so long, I don't remember what it tastes like. Ethel waves hello from the kitchen.

  13. my favorite meal is Cuban Ropa Vieja over rice and my favorite dessert is choclate mousse per a particular recipe involving lady fingers and egg whites folded carefully into the choclate; gently, as my mother always said.

Nice fridge by the way :)

  16. I never ate a fried pickle, but I once had fried soy bologna with eggs.

That dessert sounds heavenly, ms. Never had Cupan Ropa Veija before.

Thanks for sharing your memory of your mom in the kitchen. I enjoyed that.

  20. Yum. Tim likes his mashed and cooked with onions and cheese. Never tried gravy. Have to give that a go sometime. Making gravy tonight with chicken so I'll keep some aside for further testing. Thanks.
